COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
WHAT IS COMMISSIONS FOR 12 MONTHS?
- Each membership purchase-payment from your team, regardless to what purchased and paid funds to obtain, as long as it was a purchase through the company’s business under the corporation, you earn a 15% commission for 12 months from all purchases.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 12 MONTHS?
- The 15% stops after 12 months.
- After 12 months and your membership account eventually yielded 20 new members
- (those who followed your link and join their membership).
- After their 12 months of annual paid membership,
- they’ll be switched to become your segmentary team members.
WHAT DOES SEGMENTARY TEAM MEMBERS MEAN?
- By a multiple of 20 members qualifies each E2 member as a 2% Segment Shareholder.
- A 20 member-segment means that, for each purchase from all the 20 member in that segment the Team Leader (TL) earns a bonus of 2% in share of all their purchases, plus 5% of the TL own purchases.
