Membership Tiers & Benefits

  • ME-0 ($0 Free Membership) – Access to free magazines and one complimentary vacation accommodation in the first 12 months. Additional accommodations require a $50 admin fee.
  • ME-1 (Basic Membership) – Unlocks selected promotions and partial benefits.
  • ME-2 (Loyalty Elite Membership) – Grants full membership benefits, commissions, and Loyalty Travel Credit Accumulation (LTCrAccum).

2. Employment & Membership Policy

  • All managers and employees must enroll in ME-1 or ME-2 membership to access promotions, loyalty benefits, and priority commissions.
  • ME-0 members can be hired, but they will not receive membership benefits unless upgraded to ME-1 or ME-2.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Membership Referral Commission (MRC)

  • ME-1 & ME-2 members earn 30% commission on direct membership sales (ME-1, ME-2, MER).

3.2. Sales Commission (SCMN)

  • ME-2 members earn 15% commission on all products and services. When purchased by their referred members (ME-1, ME-2, MER) for 12 months.
  • After 12 months, the 15% commission stops unless The ART (Additional Recruitment Thresholds) is met. See also 4.2

4. Floating Team Sales (FTS) & Additional Recruitment Thresholds (ART-15%)

4.1. FTS Category A – Non-Paid Members (ME-0)

  • ME-0 members use available services but do not earn commissions unless upgraded.

4.2. ART-15% (Extended Commission Qualification)

  • If an ME-2 member recruits 19 members within 12 months, their 15% commission extends another 12 months.
  • When their team sales reach $4,200/month, they continue earning 15% indefinitely.
  • Once a 20th member is recruited, the 2% Segment-Share Earnings (SSE) begin.

4.3. FTS Category B – ME-2 Critical Zero (CZ)

  • If an ME-2’s active members fall below 20, the 2% segment-share stops.
  • Once restored to 20 active members, segment-share earnings resume.

5. Segment-Share Earnings (SSE) – Exclusive to ME-2 Members

5.1. Qualification (2% Earnings)

  • After recruiting 20 active members, ME-2 transitions from direct commissions to segment-share earnings.

5.2. Earnings Calculation

  • ME-2 members earn 2% of total net sales within their team of 20 members.
  • Minimum payout starts from $50 in confirmed sales (example: $50 sales = $7.50 payout).
  • Sales below $50 roll over to the next month.

6. Additional Benefits for ME-2 Members

6.1. Travel & Rewards Credit (TRC)

  • Commissions can be converted into travel credit to cover expenses.
  • ME-2 members can request up to 3 vacation accommodations per year.
  • Additional accommodations require a $50 admin fee per request.

7. Payment & Payout Structure

7.1. Commission Payout Schedule

  • Payouts are processed within 30-90 days, depending on the product or service.
  • Payments are made via direct deposit, PayPal, or company credit balance.

7.2. Minimum Payout Threshold

  • Members must accumulate at least $50 in commissions before payout.

7.3. Disqualification & Forfeiture

  • Commissions are forfeited if a member:
    • Fails to meet eligibility requirements
    • Cancels their membership
    • Violates program policies

8. Terms & Conditions

8.1. Non-Duplication Policy

  • Members cannot earn in multiple categories simultaneously unless their team sales exceed $4,200.

8.2. Policy Updates

  • BAWT Inc. reserves the right to modify the commission program with a 30-day notice.

9.1. The Vacation “Accommodation certificates” for 2:

  • Are for Complementary & Promotional Elements, are not for sale.
  • BAWT Inc., holds no liabilities along with experiences derived from our Complementary Elements.
  • Terms & Conditions with the certificates supplied by the source providers. Contact or review those issued terms & conditions.

9.2. RE: ACTUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE PROMO:

  • The regular membership fee payment (Per value & PMC) is waived for 12 months, per each sign-up.

9.3. RE: MEMBERSHIP [Per met criteria (PMC)]

  • 1. Non-confirmed (ME-$0) members pay the Admin fee with each certification-request (c/w-3) vacation certificates at; $12.99 + (The trip – Pick-up & Drop-off charges) at the standard ride-rates. 

2. A confirmed (ME-1) Reg. member pays the Admin-fee for 3-months ($39.97).

Multiple requests per month. Plus; earn 1 time reward of 30% when any new paid member is referred to BAWT Inc & have joined. 

3. A confirmed (ME-2) Loyalty-member pays the Admin-fee ($12.99 x 12 months – 5%  LRCCr. Cash-back) $148.10/yr, for multiple requests per month.

3a: Plus to earn 1 time reward of 30% when any new paid member is referred to BAWT Inc & have joined.

3b: Plus to earn 15% commission when ME-2 referral purchases for 12 months.

3c: Plus to earn an extra 2% bonus on all future sales. (Per met criteria)

3d: Pus, a confirmed loyalty ME-2 has access to all 100+ membership benefits.
